1) Mix flour, 6 oz cream cheese, margarine, and salt well and form into balls 2) Press into mini tart pans to form cups 3) Bake at 375 for 10 minutes 4) Cool on rack 5) Mix 8 oz cream cheese and powdered sugar to make filling 6) Pipe filling into cups, fill each to just below the top of the cup 7) Pipe strawberry jelly into cups over the filling 8) Pipe cool whip onto cups 9) If desired, sprinkle walnuts over cups 10) Refrigerate (will freeze also) 11) 150 calories each
